2010/365 Challenge
I'm gonna try again! In 2009 I did my best to keep up with a Project 365. I didn't do so well after about March. This year I'm doing this with a group of photographers from the website I Love Photography. My friend Angie recommended this site to me and I'm so glad she did. I've already gotten so much out of it and have only been a member now for a couple of weeks. You'll see me referring to this site quite a bit this year I'm sure.
Back to the 2010-365 Challenge. Each week we'll be given a theme. Each day of the week we'll shoot a photo that goes along with that theme. On my Flickr set I'll also post the "stats" of the photo - ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, Flash and any editing I do to it. I may also expand on the photo some as well. Here on my blog I'm just going to post the photos as you see below for this week (this week wasn't really a week, but Friday and Saturday to get the year started).
Wish me luck and I hope you enjoy! (one of my goals for 2010 is to be a better blogger!)

Project 365 updates
Taking a picture everyday is not as easy as it sounds. I've missed 4 days this week. I've had a lot of stuff going on this week. So here are a couple of my recent Project 365 photos.
I love my cats. My female gives me some great photo ops. This particular day was a little colder and we had the fireplace on. She loves to lay in front of the fireplace.

Saturday was a gorgeous day so we went to the zoo to walk around. The lions were out enjoying the day as well. This lady was watching over everyone high up on her rock. Reminded me of The Lion King!

Small One
This little guy and his brother (or sister) was in the tree in the backyard yesterday afternoon. He was so kind to stay in the tree to allow me to get some pictures of him. He was so small and just adorable.
I'm hoping this is a sign that spring is around the corner!
